How much does it cost to develop an IT project in Luxembourg?
It depends on the complexity. Our packages start at €4,999 for a complete scope definition (Vision Pack) and €29,999 for an MVP delivered in 90 days. More complex projects are priced on a per-project basis via the Software Factory Pack. All are eligible for the SME Package (up to 70% reimbursed).
How long does development take?
A framing takes 30 days (Vision Pack), an MVP takes 90 days (MVP Pack). Software Factory projects last from 3 months to over a year depending on complexity, with functional deliverables at each sprint.
What technologies do you use?
We choose the stack that best suits your project: .NET, React, Angular, Flutter for mobile. Always robust, certified, and long-term maintained technologies.
Do I own the code?
Yes, entirely. Source code, technical documentation, server access: it all belongs to you.

Eligible for SME Package
The SME Packages program is a government-funded entrepreneurial performance program financed by the Ministry of Economy, which covers 70 % of eligible costs, which must range from €3,000 to €25,000, excluding VAT.
