Compliance with data protection legislation
TECHNOLOGY PARTNER commits to implementing all necessary means to comply with the laws and regulations governing the processing of personal data, including, but not limited to, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as any other applicable national law or regulation governing the processing of personal data.
Who are the persons concerned?

The data subjects, meaning the individuals whose personal data is collected by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER, are visitors to the Platform, whether they are individuals, independent professionals, or representatives (executives, employees, etc.) acting as points of contact for legal entities (the «Users»).
User personal data is transmitted to TECHNOLOGY PARTNER under the users' own responsibility, who agree, by transmitting it to TECHNOLOGY PARTNER, to have all the necessary legal authorizations to do so. This data will only be used by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER to the extent it is necessary for the provision of its services.
What personal data is collected by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER and why?
- Contact information The User's contact details correspond to the User's email address. The communication of these details is mandatory to enable TECHNOLOGY PARTNER to contact Users following the submission of their contact form. They will be used by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER to respond to Users' requests and may be used for sending Marketing Communications (see section on Marketing Communications below for more details).
- User message content submitted via a form accessible on the Platform or by any other means of communication chosen: Users can contact TECHNOLOGY PARTNER through various channels, including social media, to request additional information, resolve an issue encountered, participate in a contest, or file a complaint, for example. TECHNOLOGY PARTNER processes these data to be able to respond to the requests made by Users.
- Content and metadata These elements correspond to the operations performed on the Platform, i.e., the data flows generated by User activity. In principle, this data is not used by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER, whose Platform simply provides the medium for the exchange of this data. However, TECHNOLOGY PARTNER reserves the right to use this data to personalize the Client's browsing experience and marketing communications.
- Technical Information: This technical information corresponds to the browser type, language settings, country and time zone, cookie ID and settings, type of device used for connection, hardware model and operating system, unique identifiers such as IDFA (for iOS), MAC address or user ID, IP addresses and mobile network information, social media shares, and geolocation data. TECHNOLOGY PARTNER never uses the precise GPS location of the User's device, except with the User's explicit consent. This data is used to ensure optimal use of the Platform and to personalize it for each User (by adapting, for example, the display language of the Platform or by offering a mobile version when the connection comes from a mobile phone).
Some of this data is required for TECHNOLOGY PARTNER to provide its services or to contact the User after they have made contact via the Platforms. It will always be specifically identified in the forms used for its collection. Subject to any provisions to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, this data is processed on the basis of the performance of the contract concluded with TECHNOLOGY PARTNER or in the context of a pre-contractual relationship. Other data is provided by Users if they deem it appropriate and will only be used by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER if it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and if TECHNOLOGY PARTNER has a valid legal basis: either on the basis of its legitimate interests, or on the basis of the explicit consent of the User concerned, under the terms specified in this Privacy Policy.
All other data collected as part of Social Networks and advertising campaigns, under the terms described below, are based on TECHNOLOGY PARTNER's legitimate interest in using them for marketing purposes as well as for improving its advertising materials and image, based on information voluntarily provided or published by Users.
Communications Marketing
TECHNOLOGY PARTNER may send informative and commercial emails (the «Marketing Communications») to individuals whose electronic contact information it has obtained in the course of providing its services via the Platform, provided that the relevant User has not objected to such use at the time their email address was collected. The Marketing Communications are intended to provide Users with marketing offers, information on new products, special offers, or events organized by TECHNOLOGY PARTNER.
The user concerned has the option to object to such use of their email address, free of charge and in a simple manner, by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each email sent within this scope.
If the User objects to receiving any Marketing Communication, they will no longer receive it once they have expressed their objection through one of the channels identified in the previous paragraph, and their contact information will be deleted from the TECHNOLOGY PARTNER's database dedicated to Marketing Communications within ninety (90) days of that time.
This processing is based on TECHNOLOGY PARTNER's legitimate interest in providing information about its business, promoting its professional partners to Clients, and thereby enhancing its image among Users.

In this context, Users' personal data may be transferred to the United States. Before July 16, 2020, these transfers were based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Privacy Shield). Since then, and pending the work carried out at the European Data Protection Board level, Facebook and Twitter would transfer Users' personal data on the basis of standard contractual clauses as well as the necessity of these transfers for the provision of their services (Article 49(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)). TECHNOLOGY PARTNER notes that a complaint is currently being examined by data protection supervisory authorities concerning Facebook and Google, and is closely monitoring developments in this matter.
TECHNOLOGY PARTNER will keep its Users informed and will adapt its operations based on the position taken by the supervisory authorities.
