Houser is a real estate monitoring and valuation platform that addresses these two issues. It allows sellers and buyers to estimate a property based on a hedonic valuation model developed with LISER, and it allows for tracking the evolution of prices for properties on the market. To this end, Houser collects and structures listings from portals such as atHome, immotop.lu, and wortimmo.lu, adding a layer of data analysis.
After our client's acquisition of Houser, our objective was to update and optimize the technical and graphical aspects of the platform.

- to follow the evolution of the price of goods on the market, while comparing the main financial data with similar goods.

Since the first version of the houser.lu project was not developed and managed by Technology Partner, we had to familiarize ourselves with each technical aspect in order to meet the client's requirements.
