In the world of public works, there are many construction sites, and workers are often heavily solicited, sometimes to the detriment of other small, useful tasks for citizens, such as replacing streetlights in a municipality or filling potholes on public roads.

Through its ticketing project, our client enables municipalities to identify potential issues that need to be addressed. With these tickets, it simplifies the dispatch of teams for both small and larger projects.

The objective of the solution:

For the administrator (public works company):  

  • Grant user access and assign different roles: team leaders, workers, etc.  
  • Having a dashboard of new construction sites, ongoing construction sites, and completed ones., 
  • To be alerted to the needs of the municipalities 
  • To follow the progress of construction sites in real-time. 

For users (workers):  

  • To allow workers to add photos of the ongoing construction site, 
  • To inform the teams of their chartering, 

For users (common): 

  • Notify the company of the problems identified.
