Foostix is a solution online food delivery which aims to connect individuals with restaurants registered on the platform. After the resumption of management of Foostix.lu, our client wished optimize the technical part and chart.

The objective of the solution:

Provide a tool that can:

  • Allow individuals to create a customer account with their preferences.,
  • Order online with the option for delivery or pickup.,
  • Ensure secure online payment, including the setup of a virtual electronic wallet.,
  • Ensure order tracking, invoicing, loyalty programs,
  • To have the necessary foundations in order to subsequently develop a mobile application.

Our achievement:

Since the first version of the Foostix project was not developed and managed by Technology Partner, we had to become familiar with each technical part in order to meet the client's requirements.

  1. Analysis of the project's existing architecture,
  2. General project restructuring,
  3. Migration of the tool to new technologies,
  4. General analysis of the tool after migration,
  5. Project Optimization,
  6. User interface creation for the project,
  7. Graphic redesign according to client mockups,
  8. Testing on the Azure staging environment,
  9. Deployment of the new project version.

Customer testimonial:

After taking over the operational management of Foostix, we decided to redesign the front end at 100% to increase flexibility and lay the groundwork for developing a mobile app. Given our previous working relationship, we naturally decided to entrust the project to Technology Partner. We provided the designs to Technology Partner and gave them free rein over the technical aspects. As usual, they began by challenging some of our business decisions, and this dialogue allowed us to conceptually improve the platform beyond what we had initially envisioned. In addition to this strategic input, Technology Partner made several proposals to modify the data architecture and certain technical operations. As with past projects, we appreciated this proactivity and initiative, which always helps the project move in the right direction. Director of Foostix
