Provide a tool that allows the administrator:
- To better manage the localization of its personnel on a country-by-country basis.,
- To provide a comprehensive view of staff's work location (office, remote, client site, absent, etc.),
- To define customized remote work policies,
- To allow for better management of offices and their capacity,
- To control tax risks and easily obtain the necessary information for multi-country payroll preparation,
- To obtain advanced and exportable reports, with various filters (team, employees, buildings, countries, ...).
Provide a tool that allows staff to:
- To be able to provide your work location (office, remote, etc.) in a few clicks,
- To know if there will be any spots left in either office to organize their week,
- To notify of their absences,
- To have a global view of your company's or team's workspace for planning in-person meetings and much more,
- Synchronize useful information with your calendar (Outlook, Google, or Apple),
- To obtain a detailed report on their personal activity.
